Coaching I leads you on the Continuum to the next experience … Level II Hands-On Aim Higher! You have now learned the systems and are well under way to implementing them in your office. This next step is for you and your team to really make those new skills your own. Think of this two day-plus learning experience as a time when you and your team will be away from the interruptions of the office,
and in a setting created to make practicing these new skills FUN!

After Level II Hands On: Aim Higher, you and your team will be ready for Coaching II. The program is designed much like Coaching I, with a couple of major differences. The chapters to the program are designed as Initiatives. These are projects that you and your team will take on to round out your Dental Boot Kamp Training, while
providing Five Star Customer Service for your patients.
This event completes your Team Case Presentation curriculum. Most practices attend this session in smaller groups, as it is more of a personal growth experience. Since the experience of Masters is so critical, we encourage you to start thinking about your Masters Experience when you begin your journey.
